Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To set up standing order for your donation.
- To claim gift aid form for HMRC
We use the information that you have given us to.
- To receive donation directly from your bank
- To receive gift aid directly from HMRC

Your information is securely stored.
We keep your signed gift aid forms in lever arch files secured.
We keep your signed standing order form in lever arch files secured.
We maintain your information on computer secured by password.
Your records are retained for as long as they are needed by HMRC, Charity Commission or Companies House.
The minimum period is 6 years.
All your records are deleted or securely shredded once they are not required.
